The issuing institution must have the authorization of NVLAP/A2LA. FCC reserves the right to require responsible parties to submit samples of equipment or testing data of products. Equipment subject to the declaration of conformity includes home computers and peripherals, civil broadcast receivers, super regenerative receivers, other receivers of FCCRulePart15, television interface equipment, cable system terminals and industrial, scientific and medical equipment used by mass consumers of Part18.

3. Certification: ID Certification. Certification is the process for the FCC to sign equipment approval based on application and test data. The FCC will review the samples (or photos) and test data submitted by the applicant, and authorize an FCCID number to the device if it meets the requirements of FCC rules. Equipment applicable for certification includes low electric transmitters such as cordless phones, remote controls for automatic doors, radio-controlled toys and safety alarm systems, Part15 devices that intentionally emit radio-frequency energy, Part18 industrial, scientific and medical devices for mass consumer use, automatic frequency conversion receivers and super-regenerative receivers, television interface devices, and other devices for the purpose of certification. FCCPart18 provides for the emission of electromagnetic energy from industrial, scientific and medical devices (ISM) operating on a certain spectrum in order to avoid harmful interference with authorized wireless communications services.

Four, Specific steps for customers to apply for FCC certification:

1. Customers submit application form (our company provides blank application form);

Note: The information list and requirements for FCC ID authentication are as follows:

1) FCC application form: the application company name, address, contact information, product name and model, use standards and other information requirements are accurate;

2) FCC Authorization letter: It should be signed and stamped by the contact person of the applying company and scanned into an electronic file;
