First, why 3C certification

In order to fulfill the commitments of China's accession to the WTO, meet the needs of the development of China's market economy, and establish a technology evaluation mechanism in line with the international standards, China has established the China Compulsory Product Certification System (CCC) according to the four unified principles.

Two, CCC certification introduction

1) "China Compulsory Product Certification" is the "CCC" certification, which is the abbreviation of China Compulsory Certification, or 3C certification for short.

2) 3C certification is a compulsory certification mainly for products related to human health and safety, animal and plant life and health, environmental protection and public safety. It requires that products must meet the national standard (GB standard for short) and some industry standards. Those who have not obtained the compulsory product certification certificate and have not imposed the China compulsory certification mark shall not be allowed to leave the factory, import, sell or use it in business activities, and may be fined accordingly according to the provisions, and the certification shall be carried out within a time limit. The certification certificate has not been used in accordance with the provisions, the time limit correction, not to change the deadline can also be fined, forgery, false use of the certification certificate and certification marks, to bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

Intrusion detector (indoor microwave Doppler detector, active infrared intrusion detector, indoor passive infrared detector, microwave and passive infrared composite intrusion detector;

2) The second batch of compulsory certification product catalogue

Wireless LAN products;

3) The third batch of compulsory certification product catalogue

Solvent-based wood paint (refers to nitro paint/alkyd paint/polyurethane paint solvent-based wood paint for interior decoration);

Porcelain tiles (porcelain tiles used for building decoration with an average water absorption rate E<=0.5%);

Concrete antifreeze;

4) The fourth batch of mandatory certification product catalog

Intrusion detectors include the following:

Magnetic switch intrusion detector;

Vibratory intrusion detector;

Passive glass breaking detector for indoor use;

Four, CCC certification information list

1) Copies of the business license and organizational code of the applicant, manufacturer and manufacturer;

Special reminder: If the applicant, the manufacturer and the manufacturer are inconsistent, they should provide the cooperation relationship between the three and sign and seal

2) The original 3C formal application shall be sealed;

3) The original product consistency statement shall be stamped;

4) Original 3C test report and 3C certificate (applicable for derivation and change);

5) Chinese nameplate and warning mark (in Chinese);

6) Circuit schematic diagram;

7) Instruction manual (in Chinese);

8) Discrepancy statement and seal (applicable for multiple models);

10) List of key and devices and transformer specifications (safety and EMC related key components and valid certificate number);

12) Trademark registration certificate/Trademark authorization letter;

13) CB report (where applicable);

14) The recent supervision and inspection report of the 3C factory of similar products and the copy or number of the 3C certificate of the certified products (when the 3C factory is not required);

15) Factory inspection questionnaire (when 3C factory inspection is needed);

16) Samples (at least 3 sets of samples, special samples to be determined);
