First, the importance of SRRC certification
1) SRRC is a mandatory certification requirement of the State Radio Regulatory Commission. Since June 1, 1999, the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) of China has mandated that all radio component products sold and used in China shall, A Radio Type Approval Certification must be obtained.
2) In order to ensure that the frequencies of different types of radio transmitting equipment can be used legally in China, all radio transmitting equipment sold in China must apply for Radio Type Approval Certification (SRRC), as well as the implementation of Product Certification System (CCC) and Network Access License (MII).
Two, Introduction to SRRC Certification
1) National Radio Regulatory Commission (SRRC); Official website www.srrc.org.cn;
2) All radio transmitting equipment exported to the country or produced domestically shall be certified by SRRC, indicating an approved type code for the wireless transmitting equipment;
3) A unique "Radio-transmitting Equipment Type Approval Certificate" and approval code will be issued for each radio-transmitting equipment type. If the performance or major technical parameters of the product have changed, the SRRC certification must be re-performed.
Three. SRRC certification scope
(1) Radio communication, navigation, positioning, direction finding, radar, remote control, telemetry, radio, television and other devices that emit radio waves (excluding industrial, scientific research, medical equipment, electrified transport systems, high-voltage power lines and other electrical devices that can radiate electromagnetic waves);
(2) Equipment type:
Fixed communication equipment, public network mobile communication equipment, short range (low power) transmission equipment, special mobile communication equipment, broadcast transmission equipment, aviation communication, navigation equipment, radar equipment, water communication, navigation equipment, satellite communication equipment.

SRRC certification period: 40-60 working days (not including rectification time).
The following is the SRRC test time officially announced by the Commission (Note: the changed time is the test time after the Commission has finished debugging all samples, excluding the time of application, debugging and issuing).
Five. SRRC certification preparation materials
1) Application form;
2) Power of attorney;
3) Letter of commitment;
3) Business license (annual inspection shall not expire);
4) The number of prototypes depends on different products. Some prototypes need to elicit RF lines (and RF or SMA ports);
5) ISO certificate or company profile and company capability statement;
6) Product specifications, circuit diagrams, instructions, block diagrams, operation instructions;
7) Antenna gain;
8) Test guidance;
9) Color photos and nameplates of EUT (all interfaces and sides must be included);
10) Frequency channel comparison table (if multiple working channels need to be provided);
