The telecommunications equipment under the network access license system must obtain the network access license issued by the Ministry of Information Industry; Those who have not obtained the network access license shall not be allowed to access the public telecommunications network for use and sale in the country.

CTA is a mandatory requirement of the Telecommunication Equipment Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for communication products. Ctas are required to have SRRC certificates before issuing them. The network access license certificate includes the certificate number, the applicant, the manufacturer, the name of the equipment, the type of the equipment, the place of origin, the remarks, the date of the certificate, the limited date of the certificate. The network access license is usually valid for three years.
